AUSTIN, Texas – Jan. 25, 2015 – Blue skies and cool temperatures welcomed a record-breaking number of runners across the 3M Half Marathon finish line Sunday morning. Austin local, Will Nation, age 22, finished first with a time of 1 hour, 7 minutes and 1 second (1:07:01). The University of Texas alumnus ran the 13.1-mile event at a steady pace of 5:07:00 per mile. Austin local, Bryan Morton, 32, crossed the finish line 15 seconds behind Nation with a time of 1:07:16. Collin Smith, 24, finished third with a time of 1:07:28. The event record stands at 1:01:05, held by Martin Fagan, set in 2009.
